Twin Gear juicers provide the most nutrient-rich juice available from a domestic juice extractor. They are the tool of choice for the serious juicing enthusiast and for those who are using juicing to combat poor health.
The Samson Ultra, The Green Power Kempo and The Hippocrates Twin Gear Juicers share the same juicing parts and are very similar machines with some minor cosmetic differences.
The Samson Ultra is another compact twin gear juicer with ‘Bio-Magnets’ in the gears that are said to improve the mineral content and availability in the resulting juice. Ideal for wheatgrass and leafy greens, as are all the twin gear juicers, the Samson Ultra operates at low speed adding little heat or air to the juice, giving a good shelf life. It has smaller gears than The Green Star or Twin Health but, as with other versions of this juicer, the feed tube is very slightly larger. The addition of the blanking screen enables it to make purees, ice creams and nut butters. The Samson Ultra comes with a larger-holed fruit screen for use with juicy fruits. There are optional attachments for pasta and noodles.
