Cress sprouts are mucilaginous and need little watering. They are extremely easy to grow in a ‘sproutbag’ and great for adding a nice spicy flavour to salads. It is a great leafy green sprout, rich in chlorophyll with cleansing properties. Rich in calcium, potassium, iodine, iron and phosphorous.
