The Spiralo from Lurch is an innovative spiral cutter for making spirals, strips, ‘spaghetti’ and slices from fruit and vegetables.
The Spiralo holds fruit and vegetables for vertical processing, allowing the operator to easily apply downward pressure on produce as it goes through any one of the three modular stainless steel blades.
It can make spiral shapes, slices and spaghetti strips from most fruit and vegetables with very little wastage. The ingenious design allows for fast, easy assembly and compact storage when not in use. It’s easy to clean and the suction feet keep it all stable when you wind the handle down.
