Lurch Spirali

The Spirali holds fruit and vegetables for horizontal processing, allowing the operator to easily apply pressure on produce with a separate feed handle as it goes through any one of the three modular stainless steel blades.

It can make spiral shapes, slices and spaghetti strips from most fruit and vegetables. The ingenious design allows for fast, easy assembly and compact storage when not in use. It’s easy to clean and the suction feet keep it all stable when you wind the handle across. The blades on the Spirali (unlike it’s partner the Spiralo) locate produce with a central corer that is handy for things like cucumber and apples but it does leave you with a tiny cylinder of un-processed waste on core-less produce.
