The Hottop KN–128P offers a compact solution for the space-challenged kitchen and changing the position of the trays during drying couldn’t be easier. Heat is distributed evenly around the drying area by the fan at the bottom of the unit and trays can be rotated during the drying process to equalize drying times for each tray. Drying is achieved with a miserly power consumption of 250 watts, which means the Hottop is also very cheap to run.
