This excellent high volume commercial juicer from Friul makes short work of juicing fruit and vegetables in any commercial setting. In keeping with the whole Friul range, the Mega also offers a visual appeal that is uniquely attractive.
Named the ‘Mega’ because of its mega-mouthed feed tube, this is the first commercial whole apple juicer with built in safety cut-out that prevents an inexperienced user from accidentally juicing their hand! The pivoted food pusher incorporates this cut-out into its base so that the machine stops every time the food pusher is taken out of the feed tube and re-starts automatically with the next input of produce. The Friul patented clamping system also incorporates a safety cut out that stops the machine operating if the clamp is not fixed correctly.
The attractive, satin finish, anodised housing encloses a powerful 1.2KW motor that doesn’t shirk when it comes to getting the job done quickly, and the quality of the juice it makes will keep your customers coming back for more. The enclosure also makes this juicer quiet in operation compared to some and it boasts a production rate of up to 150 kg of produce in an hour.
The build quality is of the usual excellent standard for Friul products and all the juicing parts are stainless steel. A convenient waste bucket sits underneath the pulp ejection outlet, offering easy emptying and continuous production where juice is in high demand.
